Supports payroll validation and testing in Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy of payroll, union, and costing data through reconciliations, UAT, audits, and parallel testing. Works with Payroll and Tech teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll, union, and costing reconciliations/validations
Support UAT, testing, and defect resolution
Assist payroll-to-GL audits and data checks
Analyze data and report using Excel
Partner with Payroll/Tech teams on issue resolution

Must-Have:
Advanced Excel (mandatory)
Payroll accounting & reconciliation experience
GL systems knowledge
Oracle Fusion HCM or similar ERP
Payroll/shared services background
Ability to work independently under deadlines
