Project Manager (Change Management)

Hourly: $80-$90, W2
Duration:12+ Month Contract
Innovar Group is partnering with a well-established organization in Denver seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with strong Change Management expertise to support a large, multi-country HR transformation initiative. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a high-visibility global HR systems migration.
The Project
This PM will support a major program to:
• Migrate HR data from Oracle to SAP SuccessFactors
• Deploy Employee Central across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
• Implement Payroll (ECP) for the U.S. and Canada
• Partner closely with the implementation firm, Veritas Prime
What We’re Looking For
• Proven Project Management experience within SAP SuccessFactors environments preferred.
• Strong Change Management background (stakeholder alignment, communications, training strategy, adoption planning) required.
• Experience with: Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) – strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience working alongside implementation partners
• Ability to manage cross-functional HR, IT, and Payroll stakeholders
• Understanding of Mexico employment/payroll laws is a strong plus
