Summary

SAP SuccessFactors H2R/ HR Consultant

Responsibilities:

Implementation and Configuration:

Analyze business requirements and design SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs.
Configure SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, Succession Planning, and more.
Integrate SuccessFactors with other HR systems and SAP modules.

Project Management:

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.

Support and Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Perform system upgrades and enhancements.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Leverage SuccessFactors functionalities to streamline HR operations.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Document processes and procedures.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
