A SuccessFactors Talent Consultant specializing in Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC) is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding workflows. Key duties include data mapping between RCM, ONB, and EC, troubleshooting, and ensuring system compliance.
Key Job Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Design and implement end-to-end RCM, ONB 2.0, and EC solutions based on client requirements.
System Integration: Configure data flows between RCM, Onboarding, and EC, ensuring a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
Functional Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for RCM (recruiting workflows, offer management) and ONB 2.0 (compliance, new hire activities).
Support & Optimization: Provide 2nd/3rd line support, perform troubleshooting, and conduct regular health checks to optimize system performance.
Project Documentation: Create functional design documents, test scripts, and documentation for client training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 4-10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
Certifications: Mandatory certifications in SuccessFactors RCM, ONB 1.0/2.0, and preferably EC.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of RCM configuration, Data Model changes, Business Rules, and Workflow design.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and conducting workshops.
Key Focus Areas
RCM/RMK: Job profile builder, recruiting marketing, candidate pipelines, and templating.
ONB 2.0: Document management, compliance tasks, and new hire data activities.
EC: Foundational object configuration, user management, and position management.
