IT Security Analyst - SailPoint IAM for a remote contract opportunity focused on Identity and Access Management, MS Exchange Administration, SOX Annual Audit support, Mainframe access, and ticket-based access management and troubleshooting.
\\n

This role is 100% remote and Open for only W2 candidates.
\\n

Responsibilities
\\n

\\n
What You Will Be Doing - SailPoint IAM
\\n
    \\n
  • Onboarding New Users with default accounts and network access
    • \\n
  • Fulfilling access requests for users which cover a variety of on-premises and cloud applications and network resources
    • \\n
  • Running reports to facilitate daily to yearly functions and maintain IAM sustainment
    • \\n
\\n

  • Manually adding/changing/deleting access
    • \\n
  • Configuring user access per requests submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system
    • \\n
  • Troubleshooting end user access issues submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system
    • \\n
\\n

  • Configuring user access per requests submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system
    • \\n
  • Troubleshooting end user access issues submitted through SailPoint or ticketing system

Exchange Management

  • ID
    • \\n
  • Adding/changing/deleting access to mailboxes.
    • \\n
  • Configuring user access to mailboxes per requests received through SailPoint
    • \\n
  • Configuring Shared Mailboxes per requested received through SailPoint and fulfilling requests either manually or by PowerShell.
    • \\n
  • Configuring email alias per request received through SailPoint or ticketing system
    • \\n
  • Creating/changing/deleting shared mailboxes - Manual/PowerShell Scripts.
    • \\n
  • Adding/removing email aliases.
    • \\n
  • Troubleshooting issues for users.
    • \\n

SOX Annual Audit
\\n
    \\n
  • Creating documentation for reviews for Admin Access and User Access Reviews.
    • \\n
  • Assist business with creating, obtaining and maintaining documentation and data for annual SOX audit reviews.
    • \\n
\\n

  • IVANTI ITSM Tickets
    • \\n
  • Field Agent changes
    • \\n
  • Update end user information in specific down streams systems as requested by Human Resources
    • \\n
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end users access issues for a variety of on-premises and cloud applications and issues
    • \\n
  • Incidents
    • \\n
  • Requests
    • \\n
  • Support team to help resolve problems, incidents and / or services request that may require specific knowledge or share in solutions an obstacle
    • \\n

Qualifications
\\n

\\n
    \\n
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in related discipline and or 2-5 years of overall experience.
    • \\n
\\n

\\n
Required Skills
\\n

\\n
    \\n
  • 2-5 years of MS Exchange Administration.
    • \\n
  • 3+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience. SailPoint strongly preferred.
    • \\n
  • SOX Annual Audit experience is strongly preferred.
    • \\n
  • IBM z/OS Mainframe experience is a plus.
    • \\n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • \\n
  • Strong knowledge with Entra ID
    • \\n
  • Tactfully handle urgent requests while keeping top priorities in focus
    • \\n
\\n

Preferred Skills
\\n

\\n
    \\n
  • SailPoint strongly preferred.
    • \\n
  • SOX Annual Audit experience is strongly preferred.
    • \\n
  • IBM z/OS Mainframe experience is a plus.
    • \\n
\\n
