We\'re seeking an experienced
IT Security Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support a leading financial services and insurance organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on IAM professional who enjoys managing user access, supporting security operations, and working with enterprise technologies such as
SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and Workday.

What You\'ll Do\\n
As part of the Identity & Access Management team, you will:
\\n
? Administer and support
SailPoint IAM processes and workflows
\\n
? Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts and access rights
\\n
? Manage access requests across on-premises and cloud applications
\\n
? Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
\\n
? Troubleshoot authentication, access, and entitlement issues
\\n
? Configure and maintain mailbox access, shared mailboxes, and email aliases in Exchange
\\n
? Generate reports and documentation for operational and audit requirements
\\n
? Partner with HR, Security, and Business teams to ensure proper access controls
\\n
? Assist with annual
SOX audit reviews, access certifications, and compliance documentation
\\n
? Resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests through the ITSM ticketing system
\\n
\\n
What We\'re Looking For
\\n
\\n
Required Qualifications\\n
3-5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
\\n
Hands-on experience with
SailPoint administration and access management
\\n
Experience working with
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\\n
2-5 years of Microsoft Exchange administration experience
\\n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
\\n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\\n
Ability to prioritize urgent requests while maintaining operational excellence
\\n
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
\\n
\\n
Preferred Qualifications\\n
? Experience supporting
SOX compliance audits and access reviews
\\n
? Exposure to
IBM z/OS Mainframe environments
\\n
? Experience with Workday access administration
\\n
? Familiarity with PowerShell automation and scripting
\\n
? Experience working within an ITSM platform such as Ivanti
\\n
\\n
