Job Description:
The Portfolio Analyst Consultant assists the Portfolio Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO. This IS department defines and maintains the Information Services Department''s core management functions.
The Portfolio Analyst reports to the Portfolio Manager and collaborates closely with the Portfolio Manager and Senior Director of the CIO.
IT PM with 3+ years of experience
Understands technology and the agile process.

Key Experience:
IT Project Manager background (Mid-level). Needs to understand a wide breadth of technology (what a database is, what an API is, What a server is, etc. Doesn’t need to know in depth but needs to have a good understanding of Technology across skill sets (Apps, Network, Infra, Security, etc).
Solid understanding and use of ITIL

Worked with 3rd party vendors to scope, and qualify their ability to do the work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO – Vendor and Portfolio Management team
Coordinates and ensures team SLAs and activities are being addressed appropriately
Supports the Portfolio Manager by addressing incoming inquiries or issues and escalates as appropriate.
Supports oversight of vendor contracts and renewals.
Supports oversight of legal intake and the legal review process
Tracks vendor expenses and identifies and highlights anomalies
Using different data sources demonstrates the ability to create meaningful reporting
Create PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audience
Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership
Ability to identify and develop solutions for continuous process improvement
Ability to lead, facilitate, and coordinate meetings, as needed and directed by the Portfolio Manager
Represents client in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
7+ years’ related experience
Microsoft Excel (Proficiency: Advanced)
Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced)
Microsoft Visio (Proficiency: Intermediate)
Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM and SAM
Experience with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL framework
Strong project management and planning capabilities
Financial/Business analysis techniques and strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and oral business communications skills
Strong ability to interface/communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership
Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and attention to quality
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, SAM
ITIL, PMP certification a plus
