Our client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager you will help lead initiatives for our inhouse point of sale and forecourt controller. We ve got ambitious goals to redefine the customer fueling experience and fuel asset management across our network, from the brands to our major oil branded stores.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop a deep understanding of our fuel store operations and identify opportunities for asset management to help maximize revenue and minimize cost
- Develop data-backed business cases for new initiatives, ensuring they are feasible, and aligned with department objectives.
- Drive a subset of the fuel roadmap and align with multiple teams to achieve enterprise goals
- Prioritize the product backlog balancing incoming stakeholder requests against long term vision
- Lead the product development lifecycle and partner with software engineering to release functionality on time and with quality
- Ensure value delivery by defining and tracking initiative KPIs
- Fosters a highly collaborative environment with engineering, UX, and all other stakeholders MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Roadmapping and prioritization skills
- Agile product owner experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Skills and Other Requirements:
- Retail fuel and/or Point of Sale domain knowledge preferred
- Asset management domain knowledge preferred

Salary/Rate: $50-$55/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
