This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates will proceed through our standard screening and selection process; selected candidates will be placed in the role if the contract is awarded

Location: Remote (U.S.-based); core hours in U.S. Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday

Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government background investigation as a condition of employment. Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Contract Manager to lead performance of a Defense Health Agency contract sustaining the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Anti-Harassment Case Management System. As the single point of authority for the contractor, you will oversee delivery, supervise the project team, and serve as the primary interface with the Government''s Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer''s Representative (COR).

What You Will Do

• Hold overall responsibility for performance of the work under the contract.
• Act with full authority for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operation of the contract.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to the Government CO/COR; ensure a designated alternate can act in your absence.
• Supervise and manage the staff assigned to the effort; ensure work is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Oversee contract deliverables, progress reporting, and risk/issue tracking.
• Maintain availability during core business hours (personally or through the designated alternate).

What You Bring (Required)

• 10+ years of experience managing contracts of similar scope and magnitude.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of directly related experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as the primary contractor interface with government or client stakeholders.
• Experience supervising technical staff and managing delivery, schedule, and quality.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable U.S. Government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Entellitrak
• Contract management experience related to Health IT.
• Experience managing DoD / federal contracts.
• Experience overseeing agile software sustainment or IT delivery efforts.
• Active or previous U.S. Government security clearance.
