Job Description About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services, with a focus on security and user authentication.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to design discussions, and build scalable, resilient systems that support critical business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and optimize event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
Develop secure and scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases to build robust data-driven solutions.
Participate in system design sessions, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a high sense of ownership.
Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, test automation, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
Java (Core & Advanced)
Spring Boot / Microservices
Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streams, schema registry)
Practical experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, API Gateway, etc.)
Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Terraform or other IaC experience.
Experience with reactive programming frameworks (e.g., Reactor, RxJava).
Exposure to GoLang for backend services.
Experience with UI development using ReactJS or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
