AI Engineer (Agentic AI Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Build and implement agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems for production use cases.
• Contribute to architecture and design of scalable AI solutions and intelligent systems.
• Develop and optimize models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Work on AI techniques including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and advanced analytics.
• Integrate AI solutions with big data platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in AI development and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field, or Bachelor s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with NLP, computer vision, or other AI techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps or Scrum.

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI workflows in real-world projects.
• Experience with modern multi-agent architectures.
• Strong understanding of agentic frameworks and tools.
• Ability to contribute to system architecture and design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals).
• Experience managing multiple AI projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
