Role and Experience
· ·Lead requirements discovery for large, complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives.
· ·Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive clarity and alignment.
· ·Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, including gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams or systems.
· ·Create and review business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN.
· ·Translate business objectives into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements.
· ·Ensure requirements are complete, testable, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
· ·Identify downstream impacts across systems, operations, reporting, training, policy, organizational change, and other business areas.
· ·Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business leaders to support refinement and delivery.
· ·Review requirements artifacts created by other analysts and provide coaching, feedback, and quality control.
· ·Support consistent BA standards, templates, and methods for requirements gathering and documentation.
· ·Proactively identify risks, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and unresolved decisions that may affect successful delivery.
· Communicate complex business and technical information clearly to both leadership and delivery-team audiences.
