What You’ll Do
Architect comprehensive electrical solutions from initial feasibility studies through to final construction and commissioning.
Drive project lifecycles by managing rigorous timelines, delegating technical tasks, and ensuring all deliverables surpass industry benchmarks.
Champion client relationships, serving as the lead technical consultant and primary liaison to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Synthesize efforts across diverse internal departments to guarantee seamless integration of power, lighting, and building systems within complex structures.
Mentor emerging engineering talent, providing the guidance and technical oversight necessary to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.
Audit all engineering plans to ensure strict adherence to safety codes, regional regulations, and modern sustainability standards.
Navigate multifaceted projects ranging from hospitality and entertainment hubs to critical healthcare and industrial facilities.
What You Bring
Credentials: An active Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory for this leadership role.
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a highly related technical discipline.
Proven Tenure: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within an Architectural or Engineering (A/E) consultancy environment.
Technical Mastery: Deep-seated knowledge of building systems, including sophisticated power distribution and integrated lighting design.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated success in supervising technical teams and managing full-scale project execution from "cradle to grave."
Strategic Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders and high-level clients with clarity and confidence.
Industry Context: Specific background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consulting is highly prioritized.
