About the RoleAs a Software Engineer on this team, you will work on complex, large-scale initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will design, build, and scale enterprise software and AI-powered solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and forward-looking systems.
This role requires strong hands-on development skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software solutions across the full stack.
- Lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives involving long-term planning and cross-team coordination.
- Analyze and resolve multifaceted technical challenges by evaluating multiple factors, including new or unprecedented requirements.
- Architect and implement AI-driven systems, including automation and advanced reasoning workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, AI development, compliance, and risk management.
- Mentor and guide team members while contributing directly as a hands-on developer.
- Participate in Agile development processes with globally distributed teams.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience gained through work, consulting, education, military service, or training.
Preferred Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack enterprise applications using languages such as Java, .NET, or Python.
- 4+ years of experience with modern UI frameworks and platforms such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience developing AI-driven systems using test- or evaluation-driven approaches, including data and error analysis.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic frameworks for autonomous multi-step reasoning and planning.
- Strong understanding of parsing, chunking, indexing, and re-ranking techniques.
- Experience with Generative AI operations, enterprise-scale AI adoption, and production deployment.
- Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management, compliance, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with human-centered AI design for workplace and enterprise applications.
- Experience working with large financial services environments (preferred).
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
