Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to support data-driven initiatives focused on reporting, analytics, and business measurement. This technical, analytics-heavy role involves partnering with engineering, analytics, and business teams to define and deliver scalable data products that improve decision-making. The position requires both product ownership and hands-on comfort working with data.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ownership and execution of the roadmap for data and measurement initiatives.
- Partner with engineering and analytics teams to deliver reporting solutions and support ongoing BI/tooling evolution.
- Act as a point of contact across product, engineering, and business teams for data and measurement needs.
- Gather requirements, write Jira stories, and help drive delivery end-to-end.
- Prioritize work based on business impact.
- Help define KPIs and ensure measurement frameworks are in place.
- Work with data, including reviewing datasets, validating outputs, and identifying gaps, and escalate issues to engineering.
- Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, tooling, and measurement practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Product Management or Data/Analytics-led product work.
- Strong analytics background, ideally with prior experience as a data analyst.
- Comfortable working directly with data for validation and reporting.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
- Basic SQL skills and the ability to validate and report on data.
- Experience writing Jira stories and working in Agile teams.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience transitioning from a data analyst to a product manager role.
- Exposure to supply chain, enterprise analytics, or omni-channel data.
- Experience with BI/reporting migrations.
- Familiarity with data governance tools.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) in product management workflows.
Work Environment
- Preference for candidates based in the specified location for hybrid collaboration.
- Open to remote candidates aligned to Pacific Standard Time hours.
- This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high accountability.
