Our organization is seeking an experienced, AI-native Technical Program Manager to join a Marketing Decision Science organization. In this role, you will be crucial in building and supporting high-performing Decision Science teams and their leadership while creating a bridge to business partners to drive impact through AI solutions. This is an AI-native role where you will use AI tools as a core part of your operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain strong collaborative operating rhythms across data science teams and their cross-functional partners.
- Guide roadmap planning, including quarterly revisions and re-prioritization.
- Implement and execute regular working rhythms to ensure a dependable delivery of high-quality work.
- Assist in breaking down work into actionable tasks for engineers and data scientists.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate and manage dependencies across Data Science, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Organize and maintain project information and documentation in AI-enabled knowledge repositories.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on timelines, status, and risks.
- Support the organization director in distilling the most important action items for the team.
- Create executive-facing documents and facilitate the sharing of AI innovations.
AI-Native Expectations
- Operate AI-first by using AI agents to draft status reports, summarize meetings, and generate initial artifacts.
- Automate operating cadences by building and maintaining lightweight AI-driven workflows for recurring rituals.
- Evaluate and onboard new AI capabilities and internal AI agents, tools, and integrations.
- Help maintain a structured team knowledge base to allow AI tools to act on the team's behalf.
- Treat documentation as machine-readable context to enable AI agents to reason over it reliably.
- Build your own AI tools for efficiency and productivity for yourself, teams, and the organization.
Required Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or related fields, ideally supporting data science, data engineering, or analytics teams. Experience working in AI-native organizations or on AI projects is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Skills:- Demonstrated working practice with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalents) in a program management context.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize open conversations into plans, frameworks, and action items.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of data, software development, and analytics workflows.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical experience, such as building with AI or familiarity with analytics.
- Comfort with embracing ambiguity.
- Experience with experimentation, measurement, or growth marketing data domains.
- Familiarity with the marketing and data science partnership model.
- Prior contingent worker engagement in a large tech environment.
