Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules to support enhancements, configurations, and platform development. The role involves building workflows, managing case management processes, supporting integrations, and maintaining platform functionality in a secure federal environment.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow CSM/ITSM/HRSD configuration and customization (case lifecycle, SLAs, routing, approvals)
- Development using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, JavaScript, Glide APIs
- Case management process design (intake, triage, assignment, resolution)
- CMDB and data management including imports and transform maps
- Security and access control (ACLs, roles, compliance awareness)
- Testing, release management, UAT support, and documentation
- Agile collaboration with product owners and stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Google Cloud / AI services or third-party systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow module experience
- ServiceNow CSA Certification required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to attend occasional onsite meetings in Arlington, VA
