Coordinate end-to-end preparation of board meeting materials, working with each executive office, compiling presentations, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness including:
o Financial and operational performance updates
o Strategic initiative summaries and progress reporting
o Executive presentations and supporting pre-read packages
o Governance documentation and audit-ready records
o Follow-up action items and post-meeting documentation
Develop high-quality presentations and briefing materials for external stakeholder meetings and partner engagements, ensuring consistency in messaging, narrative, and executive voice.
Prepare Senior leadership meeting materials, including agendas, decision documents, and content that synthesizes cross-functional updates into a unified, executive-ready narrative.
Maintain a well-organized repository of presentation libraries, templates, and reference materials to support efficient and consistent production across all three executive offices.
4. Information Synthesis & Decision Support

Apply strong analytical and structured thinking skills to evaluate options, frame trade-offs, and present recommendations in a format that facilitates executive decision-making.
Serve as an early-detection point for organizational issues, risks, or misalignments that could impede executive priorities, and surface them with recommended actions.
5. Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivate strong working relationships with Senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders to facilitate open information exchange and collaborative problem-solving.
Support executives in preparing for external engagements by developing relationship context, background materials, and strategic talking points tailored to each audience.
