Business Analyst Logistics Domain

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the logistics domain to support business and technology teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing logistics processes, and supporting system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from logistics stakeholders
Analyze logistics processes such as transportation, warehousing, inventory, and order management
Work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions
Create basic documentation including user stories, process flows, and reports
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
Assist with system implementations and process improvements

Requirements:

Experience as a Business Analyst in logistics or supply chain
Understanding of logistics operations and systems (TMS, WMS, ERP)
Strong communication and documentation skills
