We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Lead Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce design and development experience to support enterprise Service Cloud and Omni Channel capabilities. This Chicago-based role will lead solution design, configuration, custom development, and technical delivery for service operations, case management, routing, integrations, and user experience.

Job Requirements - Job Summary:


We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Lead Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce design and development experience to support enterprise Service Cloud and Omni Channel capabilities. This Chicago-based role will lead solution design, configuration, custom


development, and technical delivery for service operations, case management, routing, integrations, and user experience.


Key Responsibilities:


? Lead hands-on design, development, and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.


? Design and implement Service Console, case management, Omni-Channel routing, queues, presence


configurations, skills-based routing, macros, quick actions, and related service features.


? Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, and


Salesforce integrations.


? Partner with business analysts, architects, product owners, and service operations stakeholders to refine


requirements and define technical solutions.


? Provide technical leadership through solution reviews, code reviews, release planning, and Salesforce


development best practices.


? Build scalable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, or


approved integration patterns.


? Support QA/UAT, troubleshoot defects, document solution decisions, and promote high-quality releases.


Qualifications:


? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent


practical experience.


? 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow,


and declarative configuration.


? Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.


? Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, case routing, queues, skills, presence, Service Console, and


customer service workflows.


? Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, governor limits, integration patterns, and release


management.


? Ability to lead technical conversations with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable


solutions.

? Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs


? Routing logic, queues, skills, presence configurations, service automation, and Salesforce security model
