Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Field Workforce Management (WFM) and hands-on experience with field dispatch and mobile workforce management solutions.
The ideal candidate must have experience supporting field/mobile technicians, including technician scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, appointment capacity management, and geofenced job execution.
Important: This role requires field/mobile workforce management experience, not contact center or call center agent scheduling experience.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and support field workforce management processes and requirements.
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Work with field dispatch and mobile workforce teams to understand business needs.
Support technician scheduling, dispatch, routing, and appointment capacity processes.
Investigate issues related to field workforce applications and identify root causes.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and system solutions.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on process improvements.
Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of field workforce management solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, dispatch, routing, and field execution.
Top 3 Responsibilities
1. Field Workforce Management
Provide hands-on expertise with field/mobile workforce management tools, including technician scheduling, dispatch, routing, and appointment management.
2. Business Analysis
Gather requirements, analyze business processes, document functional requirements, and translate business needs into technology solutions.
3. Issue Investigation & Optimization
Investigate field workforce issues, identify root causes, and support improvements to scheduling, dispatch, routing, capacity, and field execution processes.
Important Candidate Requirement
Candidates must have field/mobile workforce management experience.
Experience limited to contact center agent scheduling or call center workforce management will not be considered a match.
Preferred Candidate Profile
8–10 years of overall experience
Strong Business Analyst background
Hands-on Field Workforce Management/WFM experience
Experience with field service/dispatch platforms
Strong understanding of technician scheduling and dispatch optimization
Experience investigating complex field workforce issues
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
