Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Director with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead large-scale transformation programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will come from a System Integrator (SI) or Consulting background and have a proven track record of managing complex SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, rollouts, and business transformation initiatives.

The Program Director will be responsible for executive stakeholder management, program governance, solution delivery, financial oversight, and successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions across multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM transformation programs from strategy through deployment and hypercare.
• Manage large global implementation programs involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, risk management frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Drive successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations within scope, budget, and timeline.

Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, Supply Chain leaders, and Warehouse Operations leadership.
• Facilitate executive workshops and transformation roadmap discussions.
• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution capabilities.
• Present program status, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

SAP EWM Solution Oversight

• Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA EWM architecture and best practices.
• Oversee solution design for:
  • Inbound Logistics
  • Outbound Logistics
  • Inventory Management
  • Yard Management
  • Labor Management
  • RF Framework
  • Warehouse Automation Integration
  • Transportation Integration
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and industry best practices.

Delivery Excellence

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of:
  • SAP EWM Consultants
  • Solution Architects
  • Functional Leads
  • Technical Developers
  • Integration Teams
  • Change Management Teams
• Manage offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Drive quality assurance, testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Own program P&L responsibility.
• Manage program budgets, resource forecasting, and financial performance.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional SAP transformation services.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• 8+ years leading large SAP Supply Chain and EWM programs.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven experience working for major SI/Consulting organizations.
• Experience managing global programs exceeding $10M+ budgets.
• Strong understanding of:
