Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The consultant will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations, proven experience in requirements gathering and process documentation, and the ability to bridge business and technology discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Management

• Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments
• Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership
• Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams
• Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders
• Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs
• Very strong SME-level experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Strong SME-level experience with order management
• Strong SME-level experience with order entry
• Strong supply chain experience
• Proven experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives
• Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders
• Experience in any ERP (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Enterprise-level, end-to-end ERP implementation experience
• Strong with SQL queries
• Strong with target mapping
