Hiring: Supply Chain functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) Remote
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The consultant will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document business requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations, proven experience in requirements gathering and process documentation, and the ability to bridge business and technology discussions.

Responsibilities:
Very strong experience SME in Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Strong SME level experience with order management
Strong SME level experience with order entry
Strong with Supply chain experience
This person will be working very close with business and help the with requirement gathering as well
Experience in any ERP is fine -SAP / SALESFORCE etc
Enterprise level implementation experience is needed
End 2 end ERP implementation experience is needed
Strong with SQL queries
Strong with target mapping
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Process Management
Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, GPOs, and Process Owners.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership.
Facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.
Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders.
Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
Proven experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing environments.
Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence without authority and work across global teams.
