Job Title: Oracle CX Techno functional Solution Architect
Location: 100% Remote), open to travel within NA

Total Compensation (OTC)
- $160K – $190K total
- Bonus typically: 10% – 20%
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to drive solution strategy, client engagement, and deal support for our Oracle CX Practice in the United States. This role will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Client Stakeholders to design compelling, scalable, and competitive Oracle CX solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle CX including modules such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Marketing Cloud, along with strong presales and solutioning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solutioning
• Partner with Sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops and client requirement discussions.
• Design end-to-end Oracle CX solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop solution architectures, integration strategies, and value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling demos, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Create RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and effort estimations.
Client Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (Business & IT).
• Translate business challenges into scalable Oracle CX solutions.
• Support POCs and solution validation activities.
Collaboration & Governance
• Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and demo environments.
• Stay updated with Oracle CX roadmap and product enhancements.

Required Qualifications
Experience
• 8–10 years of experience in CRM/CX solutions.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Presales / Solution Architect role.
• Proven track record supporting US-based enterprise clients.
Technical Expertise
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle CX modules.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and SaaS implementation models.
• Understanding of data migration, reporting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
Business Acumen
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Service, CPQ and Subscription processes.
• Strong understanding of Lead to Cash and Issue to Resolution processes
• Ability to articulate ROI, business case, and transformation value.
• Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle CX certifications.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Exposure to competitive CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).
