Overview
The Digital Asset Technology Program / Project Manager will lead the digital asset initiative, with an initial focus on tokenized deposits. This role sits at the intersection of technology, payments, legal/regulatory, risk, and external partners, ensuring structured execution from strategy through proof-of-concept and production readiness. The role supports the Stablecoin Enterprise Task Force, coordinating multi?LOB workstreams, external fintech partners, and internal technology teams to translate strategy into executable programs and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Own end?to?end program execution for digital asset initiatives, including stablecoin and deposit token use cases, across discovery, design, PoC, and implementation phases.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones consistent with enterprise documentation practices (e.g., project plans, ELT update decks).
Drive execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams (Technology, Legal/Regulatory, Risk, LOBs, External Partners).
Cross?Functional Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination for the Stablecoin Task Force, facilitating alignment across Consumer, Commercial, Institutional, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
Partner closely with technology leads to document high?level solution flows, architecture options, and integration pathways for stablecoin and tokenized deposit solutions.
Coordinate inputs and outputs across weekly and monthly working groups, ensuring progress is tracked and surfaced appropriately.
External Partner & Vendor Management
Manage engagement timelines and deliverables with external partners and vendors (e.g., payment networks, core providers, cloud and wallet platforms).
Track vendor documentation, follow?ups, technical artifacts, and next steps, ensuring materials are centrally stored and accessible to the task force.
Support evaluation of build / buy / partner options by coordinating inputs from vendors and internal SMEs.
Executive & Stakeholder Reporting
Synthesize workstream outputs into concise, executive?level updates for CLT and ELT consumption.
Prepare and maintain executive presentation materials outlining objectives, progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming decisions.
Clearly articulate tradeoffs, open questions, and resource needs to senior stakeholders.
Risk, Compliance & Governance Support
Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Risk workstreams to ensure program plans reflect evolving regulatory guidance and risk considerations.
Track regulatory, legal, and compliance dependencies that impact timelines or solution design.
Ensure governance milestones and decision points are surfaced and documented.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology program or project management, preferably within financial services, payments, or large?scale platform initiatives.
Experience with commercial payments, digital assets, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or modern payment rails (RTP, FedNow, wires, ACH).
Familiarity with bank operating environments, including technology risk, regulatory constraints, and vendor management.
Experience coordinating PoCs or pilots involving emerging technologies and external fintech partners.
Demonstrated experience managing cross?enterprise, multi?stakeholder programs with both internal teams and external partners.
Strong ability to translate strategy into structured execution (plans, milestones, risks, dependencies).
Experience supporting executive?level reporting and steering committee governance.
Strong executive communication and synthesis skills.
