Cyber Security Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager in support of our enterprise storage and computer client based in Frisco, TX.

Summary:
The Cyber Security Project Manager will provide dedicated program management for critical Cyber programs execution and outcomes delivery, ensuring disciplined governance, risk, compliance, Lab assessments, and remediation.

Core Responsibilities:
* Own end to end execution for Cyber program workstreams
* Build and manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
* Drive weekly execution cadence, issue resolution, and leadership reporting
* Coordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners
* Proactively identify risks and escalate with clear mitigation options

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of enterprise program/project management
* Proven delivery of large, multi-workstream initiatives
* Strong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate technical execution into exec ready communication

Technical Skills Required (Cyber Programs):
* Governance, Risk & Compliance operating models
* Control framework development and rollout
* Risk register refresh and risk framework alignment
* Compliance and certification efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2)
* Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and execution
* Experience managing security platform and tool implementations
* Security assessment rollout, tracking, and reporting
* Remediation coordination and progress tracking
* Working knowledge of network and firewall security concepts
* Managing dependencies with IT, networking, and external vendors

Coordination of lab and platform integrations:
* Audit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validation
* Ability to explain technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders

Delivery Environment:
* Experience working in complex, matrixed IT Infrastructure organizations
* Strong comfort with Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, Smartsheet and status dashboards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
