Enterprise Project Manager - Commercial Lending

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Enterprise Project Manager - Commercial Lending.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support large-scale initiatives within a growing financial services organization. This role sits within an Enterprise PMO and partners closely with business and technology leaders to drive delivery across commercial banking initiatives during a period of significant growth and change.

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, primarily focused on commercial lending, credit operations, and system/data integrations stemming from mergers and acquisitions. The environment is fast-paced and execution-oriented, emphasizing speed to market over heavy documentation.

This role requires a hands-on PM who is comfortable navigating evolving organizational structures, managing competing priorities, and working closely with stakeholders across IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 5-7 in flight)
* Lead initiatives related to commercial banking, lending operations, and credit systems
* Drive system implementations, integrations, and data migrations
* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
* Track project execution, risks, issues, and dependencies using Agile and hybrid methodologies
* Support a pragmatic PMO culture focused on delivery and outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Project Management experience
* Proven experience in Commercial Banking, including lending, credit, or loan operations
* Strong hands-on experience with Jira for work tracking and execution
* Strong hands-on experience with Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, and PMO processes
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex environments
* Background in system implementations, integrations, or data migration initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience with Jira and Smartsheets

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP or other Project Management certification
* Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions
* Financial services or banking systems experience (core banking, lending, payments)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
