Role Overview
We are seeking a senior SAP functional resource to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will independently manage workstreams, proactively address issues, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. This contract-to-hire role requires a self-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills who can operate with minimal supervision and is motivated to grow into a senior leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently own and manage functional workstreams related to SAP Logistics Execution.
- Provide hands-on configuration and support during go-live and hypercare phases.
- Manage inbound tickets, enhancements, and change requests within a ServiceNow ITSM framework.
- Analyze business requirements and improve processes related to the Schedule to Deliver (S2D) process.
- Validate functional designs and recommend improvements to the Center of Excellence and Functional Lead teams.
- Collaborate with the Fiori team to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Interface directly with business stakeholders to provide status updates, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team growth and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years of consultancy-level functional expertise in SAP is required.
Technical Skills:- Strong functional grounding in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Hands-on experience with SAP IM (Inventory Management) across logistics execution.
- Solid understanding of inbound/outbound delivery processes and logistics execution flows.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM for managing tickets, enhancements, and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Fiori environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is considered a bonus.
- Ability to quickly upskill in SAP TM if not already experienced.
Compensation & Benefits
For this position, the pay rate is $80.00/hr - $110.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and experience.
