Description
We are seeking a Lead Delivery Consultant to lead customer engagements focused on cloud-native modernization, serverless platforms, and production-grade MLOps solutions on AWS.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, lead architecture decisions, manage delivery teams, and drive strategic cloud transformation initiatives. You will own engagement success from discovery through implementation and operational handover.
Strategic Customer Leadership
Serve as primary technical advisor to executive and upper-level stakeholders
Lead discovery workshops and define transformation roadmaps
Translate business strategy into scalable cloud architectures
Present architecture designs and implementation strategies to leadership
Manage customer expectations, risks, and executive communications
Drive adoption of AWS Well-Architected best practices
Architecture Ownership
Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale serverless systems using:
o AWS Lambda
o Amazon API Gateway
o Amazon DynamoDB
o Amazon S3
Architect event-driven systems leveraging:
o Amazon SQS
o Amazon SNS
Design enterprise-grade security using IAM, Cognito, WAF, and Secrets Manager
Lead data architecture and NoSQL schema strategy
Architect GenAI-enabled solutions leveraging:
o Amazon Bedrock
o Bedrock Knowledge Bases
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, reliability, performance, and cost optimization pillars
Delivery Leadership
Lead cross-functional delivery teams (developers, architects, DevOps, ML engineers)
Drive technical governance and architectural reviews
Establish reusable reference architectures and patterns
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned processes
Advanced Technical & MLOps Leadership
Design and implement ML model deployment pipelines
Define model lifecycle management strategy (versioning, monitoring, rollback)
Optimize inference code and performance
Establish CI/CD standards for cloud-native and ML workloads
Lead Infrastructure as Code strategy using:
o AWS CDK
Oversee observability strategy using:
o Amazon CloudWatch
o AWS X-Ray

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or consulting
5+ years designing cloud-native solutions on AWS
Proven track record leading customer engagements and delivery teams
Deep expertise in serverless, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Strong system design and architectural governance experience
Experience leading ML model productionization and MLOps initiatives
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery at scale

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $125.00/hr.
