Supply Chain Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning technology and transformation projects from planning and requirements through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lead implementation and integration initiatives involving Oracle ERP and supply chain planning platforms, preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams across Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Data, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design discussions, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Provide regular executive-level project reporting, including project status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Develop and maintain project governance, steering committee materials, dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and drive mitigation and resolution across multiple teams.
• Manage system integrations between ERP, supply chain planning, manufacturing, procurement, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology and process solutions.
• Drive change management, business readiness, training, and adoption activities associated with supply chain transformation.
• Manage third-party implementation partners and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management across business and technical teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Project/Program Management experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing Supply Chain Planning projects or programs.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-level supply chain technology implementations and transformations.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or another major enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse is highly preferred.
• Experience with another supply chain planning platform such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, Anaplan, or similar will be considered.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and implementations.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management, including business leaders, IT leadership, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting executive-level reporting and project status updates.
• Strong experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process improvement, system implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, and/or production planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
