Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aternity Consultant with strong expertise in Aternity Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX), NPM+, Application Performance Management (APM), and End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise network, application, server, and end-user performance issues and integrating digital experience monitoring solutions with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer IT environments, requirements, and processes to maximize adoption and business value from Aternity solutions.
- Provide planning and design expertise for digital experience monitoring and application performance management.
- Collect and analyze end-user and application performance data for troubleshooting.
- Develop scripts for Aternity EUEM and APM products to support metric collection and remediation.
- Configure accurate measurements for end-user activities and backend application transactions.
- Troubleshoot enterprise network, application, server capacity, and end-user performance issues.
- Present and explain advanced Aternity capabilities and solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Troubleshoot performance issues across Windows and UNIX environments.
- Develop solutions aligned with customer requirements, project budgets, and timelines.
- Support cloud migration, application performance, and application delivery initiatives.
- Integrate Aternity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and other technology ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 5–6+ years of relevant experience in digital experience monitoring, application performance, or enterprise monitoring.
- Hands-on Aternity experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience with the Aternity NPM+ Core Module.
- Experience with competing DEX/APM products such as Dynatrace, Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink, or AppDynamics.
- Strong understanding of APM and EUEM concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting network, application, server, and end-user performance.
- Scripting experience for monitoring, metric collection, or remediation.
- Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM integrations is preferred.
