Job Title : SAP S/4HANA SD Lead Consultant/SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Lead – S/4HANA

Location : Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Lead to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) implementations and global rollouts. This role will focus on standardizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes while supporting complex US pharmaceutical commercial sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA SD implementations (Blueprint → Go-live → Hypercare)
Own and optimize end-to-end O2C processes (order management, billing, returns, pricing)
Design SAP SD solutions for US pharma sales models (chargebacks, rebates, distributor sales)
Ensure integration with FICO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, and external systems (EDI, 3PLs)
Drive global rollout across US, India, and Ireland
Govern SD master data (customer, pricing, hierarchies)
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and audit requirements
Lead stakeholders, system integrators, and offshore teams

Required Qualifications:

15–18 years of SAP SD experience (Pharma/Life Sciences preferred)
3–5 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (SD-focused)
Strong expertise in O2C, pricing, billing, and returns
Hands-on experience with integrations across SAP modules
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

US pharmaceutical commercial sales experience
Experience with wholesalers, distributors, chargebacks, and rebates
Exposure to aATP and Settlement Management
