ServiceNow Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to elicit, understand, and document requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Translate and shape client needs to the backlog items that meet those needs.
- Ensure user stories are ready for development (e.g. per Definition of Ready) with accompanying acceptance criteria.
- Ensure close collaboration and communication with the delivery team.
- Create, manage, organize, link, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Support client Product Owners, including overarching product vision and product roadmap activities.
- Actively drive and support planning activities.
- Actively manage scope, expectations, dependencies, and commitments.
- Actively participate and support high-level acceptance test activities.

- ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- 3+ years experience in software delivery with 1+ years experience in ServiceNow is preferred.
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years experience using Jira (or similar product), owning and managing a backlog (e.g. writing features and user stories, writing acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization).
- 3+ years experience owning and managing a Product Roadmap, defining MVP, managing scope, and eliciting and capturing functional / non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- 3+ years experience documenting as-is and to-be process flows, sequence flows, value stream maps, user personas, and various technical documentation.
- 3+ years experience in client-facing role.
- 3+ years experience in planning, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder interviews.
- 3+ years experience in working on agile delivery teams (e.g. with developers / testers) as well as supporting acceptance testing activities.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $110,000 - $120,000/YR (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
