Summary

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years managing IT projects.
  • Experience translating business objectives into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, design, development, testing, integration, security, deployment, and production support.
  • Experience managing projects end to end, including schedules, critical-path dependencies, scope, deliverables, and business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Experience managing projects involving cloud technologies.
  • Strong resource management, change management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or other recognized project management certification.
  • Change Management or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools such as Targetprocess, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project Online.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with Continuous Discovery and Delivery frameworks.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
