Summary

Position Title: Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation

Location: Dallas, TX/Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 plus months with possible extension

Role Summary

This onshore resource serves as the client-facing test lead for a large-scale supply chain transformation spanning multiple systems - including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Blue Yonder, Manhattan SCALE, RXO, and Shipium. The role bridges the client’s functional leads and business SMEs with the offshore testing team, ensuring business processes are clearly understood across systems, test scenarios are accurate, and UAT cycles run smoothly.

This resource must be able to rapidly learn unfamiliar systems, grasp end-to-end supply chain processes that cut across multiple platforms, and confidently validate that scripts reflect real-world business workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong functional knowledge in supply chain business processes such as:
    • Procurement
    • Warehousing
    • Transportation
    • Order Management
    • Demand / Supply Planning
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new enterprise applications and translate business needs into accurate, detailed test documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in functional testing of enterprise system implementations or upgrades, including configuration validation and end-to-end business process testing.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
    • Blue Yonder
    • Manhattan SCALE
    • RXO
    • Shipium
  • Proven ability to lead or coordinate testing workstreams including planning, estimation, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience managing test assets and defect workflows in JIRA.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, participating in sprint planning, story refinement, and test execution within sprints.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — comfortable leading working sessions with business users and presenting testing status to project leadership.
  • Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models with clear handoff and escalation practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client’s business users, functional leads, and the offshore testing team across all in-scope systems.
  • Quickly ramp up on unfamiliar applications and business processes to ensure test scenarios accurately represent how the system is actually used.
  • Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and working sessions with SMEs to define acceptance criteria and derive end-to-end test scenarios — including cross-system processes that span multiple platforms.
  • Lead test planning activities: estimation, test strategy, test cycle scheduling, entry/exit criteria, and preparation of test summary and status reports.
  • Review and approve test cases and scripts developed by the offshore team to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment to business requirements.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, guiding business users through execution, consolidating feedback, facilitating defect triage, and managing sign-offs.
  • Represent testing status, risks, and blockers in client-facing meetings, sprint ceremonies, and steering committees.
  • Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, ensuring clear impact descriptions, priority alignment with the client, and timely resolution.
  • Maintain traceability between all test assets (test cases, cycles, requirements) to ensure coverage and auditability across all systems.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team on daily handoffs, prioritization, and workload balancing to maintain delivery cadence.
  • Follow defined QA processes, suggest improvements to testing practices, and contribute to building regression test suites for future releases.
