Please use the below details when looking for someone that has Reinsurance Accounting experience preferrable integration experience.

6+ years of experience in Reinsurance accounting integration

Support and/or lead reinsurance finance integration activities for acquired or transitioned portfolios, including premium, loss, and LAE accounting across treaties.

Perform chart-of-accounts mapping, data validation, and balance sheet tie-outs to ensure accurate migration into target GL and subledger systems.

Reconcile bordereaux data, validate reserves, and ensure continuity of financial reporting during integration.

Establish and enhance month-end close procedures, reconciliations, and controls to align integrated entities with corporate accounting policies (GAAP/IFRS/Statutory as applicable).

Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive standardization, reporting transparency, and audit readiness in a post-transaction environment.
