Position type: Full-time - Contract

Location: Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ – Hybrid Role
The Production Support Analyst will provide production support and technical expertise for the Global Risk Analytics team. The role focuses on ensuring stability, performance, and availability of critical applications and infrastructure used in risk analytics. The analyst will work closely with developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and maintain operational excellence.

The Production Support Analyst will provide production support and technical expertise for the Global Risk Analytics team. The role focuses on ensuring stability, performance, and availability of critical applications and infrastructure used in risk analytics. The analyst will work closely with developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for risk analytics applications and platforms.
- Monitor and maintain systems leveraging Linux, Autosys, Hadoop, Spectrum Grid, ITRS, and Dynatrace.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
- Automate recurring operational tasks and improve monitoring/alerting frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and configuration changes.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, risk controls, and audit requirements.
- Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support coverage.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Autosys job scheduling and monitoring.
- Working knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem for large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with Spectrum Grid for distributed computing and workload management.
- Experience with ITRS Geneos for real-time monitoring and alerting.
- Expertise in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics.
- Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to risk analytics or financial services environments.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or Bash).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/hr to $63/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
