Role Overview We are seeking experienced
Informatica IDMC Lead support large-scale data integration and analytics platforms for a leading financial services client. The role focuses on production monitoring, incident management, Informatica/IDMC operations, performance tuning, and automation in a high-availability environment.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills Primary Skill Secondary Skills - Informatica (PowerCenter) and IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud)
- Oracle Database

Experience - Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ETL production support environments
Roles & Responsibilities Production Monitoring & Incident Management - Monitor production environments and respond to alerts proactively
- Resolve incidents within defined SLAs and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence
- Track, document, and manage incidents using ticketing systems
ETL & Informatica Support - Support and manage Informatica workflows and IDMC components in cloud environments
- Migrate ETL workflows from Informatica PowerCenter to IDMC
- Configure and optimize session objects and ETL job executions
Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning - Debug Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and Shell scripts
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot application, system, and performance issues
- Optimize SQL queries and Spark engines for high-volume data ingestion
- Manage file descriptors and resource configurations for large-scale batch processing
Deployment & Environment Management - Assist with code deployments and migrations across environments:
- Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production
- Ensure smooth release transitions with minimal production impact
Automation & Reporting - Use scripting languages (Shell, Python) to automate routine operational tasks
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
- Generate performance, stability, and operational reports for stakeholders
Tools & Platforms - Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog
- Ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow
- Cloud and big data platforms: Spark, YARN
- Job scheduling: Autosys
Additional Technical Knowledge - Metadata-driven ETL processes
- Batch/job processing frameworks
- Unix/Linux command-line operations
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and enterprise data ecosystems
Generic / Managerial Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 production support environment
