Position Summary...
Come join the Walmart Marketplace Payments & Financial Services team to build and scale Embedded Finance Products for Domestic and International marketplace sellers. Our mission is to build trusted B2B payment experiences and financial services ecosystems that drive seller growth.

What you'll do...
As the product analytics and operations owner, you'll develop strategy, launch product solutions for US Seller Wallets and International Seller Wallets, identify enhancement opportunities, oversee product operations, and track product performance to gain actionable insights You'll lead cross-functional teams across tech, UX, legal, compliance, servicing teams, and manage third-party partnerships to deliver best-in-class products.

The ideal candidate has a background in payments or fintech combined with a strong passion in product operations, analytics, and cross-team leadership. You will play a critical role in building a product from 0-100, bringing innovative ideas to improve sellers' payment experiences, and scaling the products across multiple geographies.
What you'll do:
  • Product Leadership: Collaborate with UX, Product, and Tech to build differentiated fintech experiences.
  • Payment Product Operations: Oversee money movement, incl. pay-in and disbursement processes to ensure secure and accurate payouts and transactions. Analyze transaction trends and seller behaviors to recommend enhancements for product features
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, lead business reviews, and identify drivers to ensure product success
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use seller feedback and analytics to build/ improve products and servicing operations
  • Compliance and Tax: Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure compliance and tax initiatives are implemented timely

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in Science, Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or related domains
  • SQL proficiency and strong analytical skills
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing ambiguity.

Sunnyvale, California US-11807: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
