Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Perform requirements elicitation with business and technical stakeholders.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support initiatives involving AI technologies and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Perform current-state and future-state process modeling.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis.
- Maintain requirements traceability and support scope management.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Identify system constraints, impacts, risks, and consequences of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with internal clients, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support project management and delivery activities.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and requirements elicitation.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong Agile methodology experience.
- Strong Jira experience.
- Technical acumen with SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with business process analysis and process modeling.
- Strong gap analysis and impact analysis experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
- Experience supporting Risk or Risk Mitigation initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere or similar automation platforms.
- Experience working with internal clients and enterprise stakeholders.
