Position’s Contribution to Work Group:
Partner with the Product Owner and Program Manager to manage agile project tracking, ensuring project plans remain up to date and proactively identifying delivery risks
Participate in cross-functional virtual meetings to gather project requirements, document dependencies, and build integrated project plans
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans
- Integrate new feature initiatives into overall timelines
- Track key milestones and proactively report progress
- Schedule & Resource Coordination
- Maintain synchronized release schedules across systems
- Align release activities with assigned resources
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts or overallocations
- Document and manage process flows and recurring task plans
- Monitor execution and ensure timely completion
- Maintain documentation for repeatable workflows
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Track dependencies across multiple project plans
- Align deliverables with overall program objectives
- Maintain regular status updates with the Program Manager
- Develop and manage RACI matrices to clarify ownership and accountability
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide clear project status updates and milestone reporting
- Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations with key insights
- Utilize Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project for tracking and planning
Education & Experience:- 5–7 years of relevant experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (no degree mandatory)
Technical Skills:- Project management experience with technical teams
- Expertise in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Soft Skills:- Ability to create and present Power BI dashboards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $56.00- $57.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
