BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer for a premier client. This role is ideal for a hands-on AI engineer who can architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions while leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, and modern Generative AI technologies.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML development with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
AI Development & Engineering (70%)
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions including predictive analytics, generative AI, NLP, intelligent automation, and optimization platforms.
  • Develop production-grade AI pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines and Lakehouse architecture.
  • Build and maintain Semantic Models that support AI, analytics, and enterprise reporting initiatives.
  • Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, copilots, and LLM-powered applications.
  • Fine-tune and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering pipelines.
  • Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model versioning, governance, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure responsible AI principles including security, compliance, explainability, and governance.
  • Optimize AI workloads for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Business Partnership & Solution Leadership (30%)
  • Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI and data platform solutions.
  • Lead solution workshops, technical discovery sessions, and architecture discussions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and model outcomes to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Define ROI metrics, business outcomes, and success criteria for AI initiatives.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote AI engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of software development or data engineering experience.
  • 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • Strong Python programming expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Semantic Models.
  • Experience developing and deploying AI/ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, data modeling, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Experience implementing MLOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities and Copilot technologies.
  • Experience implementing enterprise AI governance frameworks.
  • Experience building AI agents, intelligent automation, or decision intelligence platforms.
  • Background in retail, manufacturing, finance, or enterprise analytics environments.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
  • MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience.
