Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise application solutions that support business processes and operational objectives.
- Build and enhance platform capabilities, custom applications, workflows, integrations, and reusable components.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware technologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Support application quality, security, scalability, documentation, deployment processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in enterprise application development, CRM platforms, software engineering, or business application solutions.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Application Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), API Integration, REST Services, SOAP Services, Enterprise Platforms, Workflow Automation, Data Modeling, Security & Access Controls, CI/CD, Version Control, Agile Development, Low-Code Development, System Integration, Software Design Patterns.

Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Business Process Analysis, Solution Design, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, System Integration, Application Lifecycle Management, Agile Methodologies, Cross-Functional Collaboration.

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise business applications.
- Knowledge of application integration patterns and API-based architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based business platforms and automation tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
