Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement, and delivering enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment.
• Develop process flow diagrams, workflow models, and business process maps.
• Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in change management and user training activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office Suite, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
• Experience in business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience working in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domains.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus.
