Summary

The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is seeking a strategic and accomplished Digital Transformation Consultant to spearhead our proposal development initiatives and convert the corporate Request for Proposal (RFP) function into a high-yield competitive differentiator. In this high-impact position, you will own the comprehensive enterprise capture strategy—determining pursuit viability, engineering uniquely branded value propositions, and securing high-value contract wins.

As a key organizational strategist, you will blend high-level go-to-market vision with meticulous execution, aligning technical discovery phases with long-term corporate growth objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence executive-level purchasing dynamics within a rapidly expanding industry leader.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect the end-to-end proposal narrative and capture strategy during critical pre-sales demonstrations, discovery sessions, and complex RFP cycles.

  • Champion the adoption of scalable, productized software solutions and industry best practices, steering executive stakeholders away from costly custom development and toward sustainable implementation frameworks.

  • Collaborate intimately with cross-functional Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to maintain unified message positioning throughout the business development lifecycle.

  • Synthesize client business requirements to oversee solution alignment and initial scope definition, successfully transitioning opportunities without managing post-sale system configurations.

  • Drive business development success by introducing sophisticated program management methodologies that streamline enterprise purchasing workflows.

What You Bring

  • Professional Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven success in enterprise-level technical discovery, pre-sales engineering, or high-touch software solution consulting.

  • RFP Mastery: Deep domain knowledge managing complex RFP cycles and navigating multi-layered corporate buying behaviors.

  • Strategic Capability: A sophisticated blend of sales intuition, business acumen, and rigorous program management discipline.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to command respect and confidently guide C-suite stakeholders.

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor''s degree is required; an advanced degree (Master''s or equivalent) is highly preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience navigating enterprise software environments or sophisticated information management ecosystems.
