  • You'll develop through a mix of digital learning, on-the-job training and opportunities that bring your ideas to life in meaningful ways
  • Completing rotations that support a "design, make and verify" challenge set by business stakeholders and experiencing the full engineering life cycle from design through to manufacturing
  • Gaining hands-on, practical experience
  • Benefiting from the support of a dedicated career coach, who will help you create a personalized development plan and guide you towards achieving your full potential
  • Accessing opportunities to work towards professional qualifications and continuous learning

Who we're looking for:
  • Working towards a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, Software Engineering and or related degree and graduation date December 2026 or May 2027
  • A strong passion for the future of technology
  • Ability to work flexibly which could include travel between Rolls-Royce sites and other locations as required
  • Being open-minded, curious and agile in your approach to work and career development

Our behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We'll expect that of you, too.

Minimum GPA: 3.0

What we offer:
  • Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
  • A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
  • The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company
  • A hybrid working environment with at least three days per week on site

Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
