Job description
Role will support Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management team. Seeking candidates with knowledge and experience with professional services firms, contingent labor, international/cross-border labor, and communication with senior-level candidates and stakeholders. End-to-end lifecycle contractor management. Knowledge of recruiting, contingent, and deployment systems a plus.
 
Work you will do:
- Role will support Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management team to source and onboard highly specialized contract talent including sr. executives and international talent
- Support end-to-end lifecycle contractor management including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders
- Support project team by reviewing contracts and staff augmentation job postings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Provide detailed summaries and recommendations to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
 
Qualifications:
- Fieldglass experience and process management is a must
