Senior SAP OTC Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP OTC Consultant with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and strong working knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Logistics Execution (LE). The candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end OTC processes across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end OTC process design and implementation, including:
  • Order Management
  • Pricing & Billing
  • Delivery Processing
  • Credit Management
• Configure and support SAP SD modules including:
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Output Determination
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Returns & Rebates
• Integrate SD with:
  • EWM for warehouse execution and inventory management
• LE for shipping, transportation, and delivery processes
• Lead and support functional enhancements and custom developments in OTC processes, including:
• Preparation of Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Close collaboration with ABAP development teams to design and deliver scalable solutions
• Review and validation of technical designs and unit testing results
• Drive user exits, BADIs, and enhancements in SAP SD to meet complex business requirements
• Support and optimize custom outputs, forms, and integrations (e.g., billing outputs, delivery documents)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Provide expertise in cross-module integration (FI, MM, EWM, LE)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Lead UAT, SIT, and deployment activities
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of OTC processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP experience, with core focus on SD/OTC
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD
• Good knowledge of SAP EWM integration with SD
• Strong understanding of Logistics Execution (LE) processes
• Experience in S/4HANA is highly preferred
• Expertise in:
  • Pricing procedures
  • Output management
  • Credit management
• Delivery & transportation processes
• Batch management & serial number tracking
• Returns & recall processes
• Intercompany & global sales processes
• Strong experience in SAP SD enhancements, including:
• User exits, BADIs, and implicit/explicit enhancements
• Experience working with RICEFW objects
• Ability to write and review functional specifications (FS)
• Good understanding of integration technologies (IDocs, APIs, EDI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in global implementations / rollouts
• Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and integration concepts
• Experience with 3PL integration and warehouse processes
• SAP certification in SD or EWM is a plus
