We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong technical or developer background to bridge business intent and technical execution within an AI driven platform environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring AI generated configurations, workflows, and logic are accurate, scalable, and ready for production use.
In this position, you will translate business requirements into technically precise AI prompts, guide AI agents through complex platform scenarios, and validate generated outputs through a developer level lens. You will act as a technical advisor within an AI first delivery model, helping reduce rework and raise overall solution quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements and user stories into clear, technically precise AI prompts
• Guide AI agents through complex platform areas including custom logic, advanced workflows, and data dependencies
• Anticipate edge cases, constraints, and implementation risks using developer level reasoning
• Partner with functional Business Analysts to provide technical depth beyond standard configuration
• Review and validate AI generated workflows, rules, and logic for performance, structure, and correctness
• Refine prompts to improve determinism, reliability, and long term maintainability
• Contribute advanced patterns and best practices to a centralized Business Platform Prompt Playbook
Key Requirements
• 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, technical consultant, or hybrid BA developer
• Hands on experience with custom logic, advanced workflows, or enterprise platform development
• Strong understanding of how enterprise platforms execute rules, workflows, and automation
• Ability to clearly describe technical behavior and logic through detailed written prompts
• Comfort working with structured outputs such as logic definitions, metadata, and JSON like formats
• Proven experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability in fast evolving environments
